Shipping Policy
Please ensure the use of a valid address, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes. If a box is returned due to an incorrect address we will resend at your expense. We are NOT responsible for replacement costs if an animal, neighbor, or cookie monster gets into your cookies. All cookies are baked fresh, if not consumed, please freeze. Due to the nature of our products, there are no cancellations and no returns. As it is the holiday season please refer here to see what the holiday order calendar looks like.
Ground Shipping through FedEx
-Ground shipping is typically 5 BUSINESS days. (west coast especially can take MUCH longer)
-Wednesdays orders leave facility on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday leave on Monday.
-Remember weekends don’t count as business days.
2 Day Shipping through FedEx
We offer 2 day shipping through FedEx (FedEx does not guarantee)
-Orders purchased on Saturday and Sunday will go out on Monday and SHOULD arrive by Wednesday.
-Orders shipped Wednesday SHOULD arrive by Friday.
-Any orders made after 5pm cst on Wednesday will not ship until Thursday.
