Meet Chef Leah!

From cookie to conversation, Leah Tibbs, a French Pastry School trained pasty chef, has mastered the art of infusing compassion and love into the most subtle crumb of a cookie and in the experiences, she shares with the people she enjoys most. 

Beginning as a noble effort to reconnect with her community outside of a social media landscape, Chef Leah birthed a new vision of her most beloved form of food and interest in food education, the cookie kit.  She seeks to use the modality of conversation to encourage people to learn more about not only themselves but the world around them. From growing food to creating unique recipes with delectable flavors, Chef Leah seeks to expand the palate of experience of those that seek to engage with both her cookies and conversation.

More than cookies

  • We seek to constantly educate ourselves and our patrons on topics that surround food; at its core, food is life. No matter the choice of diet, knowing how our food sources are impactful to ourselves and our greater community should be of great importance.

  • We take decadence to new heights with natural, sweet, unique, and indulgent flavors. Bringing mundane taste palates to brilliant new lights.

  • Our approach to both conversations and cookies is to create something that is timeless and evergreen in the way that we experience and create space for/with each other, as well as how we craft and enjoy our cookies in shared spaces or as individuals. A well crafted recipe and shared memories lasts though generations.
